Sailing skills

For our adventures on traditional sailing vessels you need absolutely no sailing skills. On the first day of your trip, the crew of the ship will introduce you to the properties of a traditional sailing ship. You will learn the most important nautical actions on board and will soon be able to do the most knots by yourself.

After a few maneuvers, you will feel like a part of the crew and if you are interested into it, the crew will show you how to navigate on your own. It won't be long until you will stand at the rudder and maneuvre the ship with the aid of the compass and a chart through the Baltic Sea, the Dutch Wadden Sea or even the Ijsselmeer depending on where you started your journey.
